To give a reliable production estimate, on-site material inspection, material analysis and machine demonstration must be done.

All returns are customer's responsibility (unless after investigation it is determined the fault is ours) All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Parts orders placed after 1.30pm Pacific time will be shipped following business day. Parts default shipping method will be overnight and will be billed accordingly unless clear instruction is received from customer requesting alternative shipping method.
