The QJ241, the most compact model in the jaw crusher range, incorporates the class leading characteristics of its predecessor, the QJ240, such as the high performing powerful 1000 x 650 mm jaw with hydraulic CSS adjustment, reversible jaw for relieving blockages and automatic central lubrication system but now includes the following advanced features:

 

 

HYDRAULIC RAISE AND LOWER FACILITY OF MAIN CONVEYOR

 

The main conveyor can be raised to get a greater discharge height or lowered for easier removal of rebar, which makes it ideal for recycling and demolition applications.

 

 

EXTENDED MAIN CONVEYOR

 

The main conveyor has been extended to give an increased discharge height of 800mm for even greater stockpiling capabilities.

 

 

NEW HYDRAULIC AND ELECTRIC SYSTEM FOR GREATER EFFICIENCY

 

Common across the Q range of mobile crushers, this upgrade provides ultimate system control for superb crushing efficiency.

 

 

PLC CONTROL SYSTEM WITH FULL COLOUR SCREEN

 

Enhanced, user-friendly PLC control system and colour screen, now common across the Q range of mobile crushers, enables the operator to fully control the performance of the unit from the control panel or radio handset.

 

 

REDESIGNED POWER PACK FOR GREATER ACCESSIBILITY

 

The new power pack, which has been redesigned to accommodate the new Stage 3B/Tier 4i engines, allows easier access to the engine service points around both sides of the engine compartment for easier service and maintenance.

 

 

THE MACHINE CAN MONITOR AND REGULATE ITS OWN FEED

 

Thanks to new design features, such as a jaw level sensor, speed wheel on the main conveyor and an improved load control system, the machine can monitor and regulate the feed, thereby providing a continuous and uninterrupted crushing process, resulting in higher productivity.

 

 

HYDRAULICALLY DRIVEN COOLING FAN

 

Hydraulically driven cooling fan allows fan speed control to give increased efficiency and auto reverse facility to backflush any build up of dust in the radiator, eliminating the need for manual cleaning and thereby increasing uptime.

 

 

STEEL PIPEWORK

 

Previous rubber hosing has been replaced with steel pipe work, which provides a safer and maintenance-free sealing solution, combined with better heat dissipation.
