Lippmann Horizontal Impact Crushers
Lippmann offers a full line of quality Impact Crushers used in both primary and secondary crushing
applications of aggregate, and in recycle crushing of reinforced concrete, asphalt and other
construction and demolition debris. Built for rugged durability and simplicity of
operation, Lippmann Impact Crushers are an Andreas-type crusher design which
produces an excellent cubical product and high ratio of reduction. Hammers
have four crushing positions to maintain a more constant gradation and
greater top size control. Lippmann Impact Crushers require less
capital outlay than competitive type crushers and offer long
life wear components due to advanced metallurgy.
The hammer locking system acts as a solid mass which enables the use of higher chrome hammers
to yield increased production. Lippmann Impact Crushers feature one gravity and one spring
loaded curtain with an optional third curtain. Adjustment is easy from the exterior of
the crusher. Maintenance is simple through inspection doors or hydraulically opened
hood, and an electric/hydraulic power unit is standard. Lippmann Impact Crushers
offer greater reliability, high production and are ideal for portable mounting.
Lippmann Portable Impact Crushing Plants
Lippmann custom engineers Portable Impact Crushing Plants mounted on heavy duty chassis which
incorporate robust feeding, crushing, screening and conveying equipment designed for high
productivity, easy transportability, quick set-up and tear down, and reduced wear costs.
For recycling applications, plants feature magnetic separators, reinforced belting,
special wear alloys and other options to suit your specific requirements.
Lippmann 4800 Series Impact Crushing Plants are the ultimate, completely self-contained,
easy to transport crushing plants that offer the features contractors need, like a
larger crusher feed opening that devours concrete full of rebar, ripped asphalt
and other C&D debris. The heart of the plant is a Lippmann 4248LP Impact Crusher,
a brute that features a heavy duty rotor truly built to handle the daily
punishment of recycled materials. For aggregate applications, the
4248LP offers a greater reduction ratio and produces a high
quality, uniform cubical product. Produce a variety of
saleable material, including highly cubical Superpave
aggregate, while lowering your cost per ton.
For maximum efficiency, performance, ease of transportability and easy set-up and tear

Lippmann's 6500 Series of portable impact crushing plants are engineered for high performance
and superior transportability, ease of operation and versatility.
The Lippmann 5165LP primary portable crushing plant is a standard, cost effective unit for
primary recycling of concrete or asphalt, and is available with hydraulic adjustment on
the lower curtain. Various lengths of Lippmann feeders are available, as well as
a discharge pan feeder under the crusher. The 5165LP can also be used in the
primary crushing of medium aggregate and sand and gravel applications.
The Lippmann 5165LS is a secondary recycle or aggregate plant which performs well with
Lippmann's 3062 Jaw Plant in a two-stage recycle crushing application, or with a
Lippmann 3048 Jaw Plant in a two-stage aggregate crushing operation.
The 5165LS is available with double or triple deck screen.
Lippmann Rip-Rap Plants
The Lippmann Portable Rip-Rap Plant is a completely self-contained, high production screening
and scalping unit which offers a full 62” wide by 24’ long vibrating grizzly feeder. While some
other rip-rap plants are too narrow to stratify material in order to screen it efficiently and
operate at maximum capacity, Lippmann’s larger screening area offers up to 30%
more capacity and prevents rock from stacking up. Smaller rock separates
easily, so your plant can run at higher speeds to optimally produce the
4”-12” rip-rap you need. Besides delivering increased efficiency
and capacity, the Lippmann Portable Rip-Rap Plant offers a
superior, unique box beam construction. This allows your
front-end loaders easier access to chutes, at better
angles, with substantially increased clearance
space over conventional chassis designs.

Lippmann Portable Roll Plants
In addition to Lippmann's two-stage jaw/impactor crushing plants, Lippmann offers a two unit combination jaw or cone and roll crushing system. The DUO-KING is a high capacity
secondary and tertiary crushing and screening plant which incorporates a
Lippmann Roll Crusher, where the unique flow of material allows for high
production in a variety of applications. The DUO-KING offers a huge
screening area with up to 350 sq. ft. Simplified design makes both
crushers and screens readily accessible for servicing and/or
adjustment. Screening medium is easily changed. The
jaw crusher or cone crusher and roll crusher are
powered by separate power units or electric
motors. Power can be selected to match
the individual crusher power requirements for optimum capacity and efficiency with diesel or electric drives.
Twin, individually reversible reject conveyors allow the flexibility to reject
fines to the rear of the plant, or blend them into the finished product.
Truly portable, the two unit DUO-KING does not require
disassembly to meet most weight and
Lippmann Vibrating Feeders & Screens
Lippmann heavy-duty vibrating feeders meter material to the crusher and scalp out fines
while delivering optimum performance. They feature rugged construction for proven,
dependable, continuous operation, employing an extra heavy feeder pan and
cross members which guard against failure due to severe impacts.
Replaceable Hardox 400 steel liners on pan and side plates
provide optimum wear resistance.
Low profile side plates make Lippmann vibrating feeders ideal for portable plants.
Heavy-duty replaceable grizzly bars are available in fabricated or cast steel,
fixed or adjustable, straight deck or step deck. A heavy-duty, field-proven
eccentric drive mechanism provides straight line motion, which
straightens out slabby material so the long dimension is
fed in-line with the grizzly feeder. Open, flow-through
tube arrangement permits oil to constantly
circulate through the entire vibrator
assembly to help dissipate heat.
