LIPPMANN Track Jaw Crusher
Lippmann Jaw Crushers are ideal for stationary, skid-mounted, or portable and mobile primary crushing applications. Compare the increased production, reliability, reduced operating
costs and flexibility of a Lippmann Jaw. Its large feed opening, and force-feeding
action from the inward and downward eccentric movement of the swing jaw,
means increased capacity. Longer, curved jaw dies, a non-choking
crushing action design, and a larger eccentric throw result in a
reduction in nip angle, a more positive bite, and greater ratio
of reduction. A Lippmann Jaw can have a smaller
discharge setting, allowing for a higher degree
of flexibility with related equipment.
Reliability is the hallmark of a Lippmann Jaw, featuring rugged ribbed frame construction, a one piece cast pitman, heavy duty rock ribs that protect the pitman, a huge oversized heat-treated shaft
forged of special alloy, and extra large, premium quality tapered roller bearings that

techniques assure sound design and maximum strength at all stress
points for trouble-free crusher operation. The Lippmann jaw is

Lippmann Rip-Rap Plants
The Lippmann Portable Rip-Rap Plant is a completely self-contained, high production screening
and scalping unit which offers a full 62” wide by 24’ long vibrating grizzly feeder. While some
other rip-rap plants are too narrow to stratify material in order to screen it efficiently and
operate at maximum capacity, Lippmann’s larger screening area offers up to 30%
more capacity and prevents rock from stacking up. Smaller rock separates
easily, so your plant can run at higher speeds to optimally produce the
4”-12” rip-rap you need. Besides delivering increased efficiency

Lippmann Portable Roll Plants
In addition to Lippmann's two-stage jaw/impactor crushing plants, Lippmann offers a two unit combination jaw or cone and roll crushing system. The DUO-KING is a high capacity
secondary and tertiary crushing and screening plant which incorporates a
Lippmann Roll Crusher, where the unique flow of material allows for high
production in a variety of applications. The DUO-KING offers a huge
screening area with up to 350 sq. ft. Simplified design makes both
crushers and screens readily accessible for servicing and/or
adjustment. Screening medium is easily changed. The
jaw crusher or cone crusher and roll crusher are
powered by separate power units or electric

Replaceable Hardox 400 steel liners on pan and side plates
