Lippmann Jaw Crushers are ideal for stationary, skid-mounted, or portable
and mobile primary crushing applications.

Compare the increased production, reliability, reduced operating costs
and flexibility of a Lippmann Jaw. Its large feed opening, and force-feeding
action from the inward and downward eccentric movement of the swing jaw,
means increased capacity. Longer, curved jaw dies, a non-choking crushing
action design, and a larger eccentric throw result in a reduction in nip angle,
a more positive bite, and greater ratio of reduction.

A Lippmann Jaw can have a smaller discharge setting, allowing for a higher
degree of flexibility with related equipment. Positive setting adjustment is easy.

Reliability is the hallmark of a Lippmann Jaw, featuring rugged ribbed frame
construction, a one piece cast pitman, heavy duty rock ribs that protect
the pitman, a huge oversized heat-treated shaft forged of special alloy,
and extra large, premium quality tapered roller bearings that absorb and
withstand radial and thrust shock loads. Finite element analysis techniques
assure sound design and maximum strength at all stress points for
trouble-free crusher operation.

The Lippmann jaw is quality engineered for simplicity, easy access,
low maintenance and includes reversible jaw dies for increased wear.
An optional lube system is also available.

includes a 5062, 4248, 3650 and 3048 to suit your particular heavy-duty,
high volume crushing application.

These jaws offer maximum capacity, and are heavier, stronger, and more
reliable than competitive jaws. Hydraulics save countless hours. Tension
rod air springs maintain pre-set loading regardless of setting, so you can
adjust under load. Wedge effect holds toggle bearing in on pitman and
block for easy bolt-in removal and replacement.
