o Heavy-duty fabricated steel base frame with replaceable base frame wear liners
o Hydropneumatic tramp iron relief system
o Hydraulic thread adjustment system with dual hydraulic adjusting motors
o Skid mounted manual adjust hydraulic system. Hydraulic thread locking system.
o Replaceable thread inserts to allow adjustment under load. Rotating bowl for even liner wear.
o Oversized thrust and radial roller bearings for more load carrying capability
o Close running deep-grooved labyrinth oil seals. Alloy steel pinion shaft, spiral bevel ring and pinion
gears. Replaceable V-seat, replaceable anti-rotation pins
o Large unobstructed feed opening
o 2 Hp lube oil pump with safety switch and warning horn
o Completely self-contained oil reservoir with oil cooling system. Oil immersion heater and thermostat.
o Interchangeable crushing chambers for coarse and fine crushing. Crusher tools.
o Automatic Hydraulic Adjustment System (PLC). 15 hp skid mounted hydraulic power unit for crusher
adjustment and tramp iron relief system with cable/hose so skid can be mounted 15’ from crusher.
Includes remote adjust panel on 200’ tether with indicator lights, amp meter, position feedback indicator.
